Wet or dampen the brush or a sponge, and apply.
Makeup will dry quickly.
Remove with soap & water.
*The reason for the reduction- These kits were placed in our lighted display cases, and during the summer months, for some reason, the Green & Yellow color "beaded" and seeped along the package.
