    This set contains the two most important items you need to do an authentic Shiro-Nuri makeup  as professional Geisha, Maiko and Kabuki Artists do.  We also sell a complete 14 pcs set in a separate listing.
    This is a set of the
    2 most essential
    items required for creating the authentic Shiro-Nuri (Doran) white makeup as used by Geiko and Kabuki Actors.
    THEY MUST BE USED TOGETHER!
    • NOTE: you may wish to use 'Taihaku' or 'Ishineri' wax to flatten out your real eyebrows prior to applying this...
    • NOTE: Normally 'Kona Oshiroi' Face Powder is then used over over this and is recommended for authenticity...
    These items are made by the famous Mitsuyoshi Company which has a long history of supplying makeup to the Maiko and Geiko of Gion and to Kabuki Actors from the Minamiza.
